FIELD MANUAL / MOBILE

Mobile ERP

Native where it counts. Honest about where it doesn't, yet.

CRM is the one module built natively for the field. Everything else on mobile today is either a secure-browser handoff or not yet available — stated plainly, not glossed over.

What mobile covers

Vercentlabs' mobile experience delivers CRM as a native, offline-capable application — leads, opportunities, activities, and pipeline sync with conflict-safe queuing — with selected Procurement and platform workspaces available through a secure-browser handoff; it is not a full ERP-on-mobile claim, and this page says exactly where the line is.

Coverage, without overclaiming

Native capability, secure handoff, and honest gaps.

Every mobile experience is labeled by what it actually is today.

01

What's native and offline

CRM leads, opportunities, activities, and pipeline

Full offline capability with a conflict-safe sync queue — a field rep can work without signal and reconcile automatically on reconnect.

Device-bound authentication

Fingerprint-required login, secure-store tokens, and biometric re-lock after 15 seconds in the background.

02

Secure-browser handoff

Selected Procurement and platform workspaces

Available through a secure, authenticated handoff to the browser experience — not a native rebuild, but not locked out of mobile either.

03

Honest current gaps

No mobile presence exists today for Manufacturing, Quality, Assets, Projects, Point of Sale, Support, Stock, or HR & Payroll. Point of Sale and Support are explicitly disabled in the mobile module catalog — not just deprioritised, actively excluded. Stock and HR & Payroll are the two most notable gaps for field and workforce use cases.

Straight answers

Questions about mobile erp

Can I run the full ERP from my phone?

Not today. CRM is native and offline-capable on mobile. Selected Procurement and platform workspaces use a secure-browser handoff. Manufacturing, Quality, Assets, Projects, Point of Sale, Support, Stock, and HR & Payroll have no mobile presence.

Is Point of Sale available on a tablet or phone?

No — Point of Sale is explicitly excluded from the mobile module catalog, not just missing. It's a desktop/terminal workflow.
